The Fiji Law Reform Commission, in collaboration with the Ministry of Education undertook a comprehensive review of the Education Act 1966 and related laws to ensure they reflected modern standards and addressed current issues within Fiji’s education system. This review will help shape the future of education policy and legislation in Fiji.

A Final Report was developed and officially presented to the Acting Attorney-General Hon. Siromi Turaga and Minister for Education Hon. Aseri Radrodro on July 15 2025.
